Duane L Keaffaber

DVM

Doc graduated from Purdue University in 1970. After graduation, he took a risk and purchased the Connersville Veterinary Clinic from Dr. Wilfred C. Jackson. At the time, the practice was located on 5th St. in Connersville and was a mixed animal practice. In May of 1995, Doc relocated the practice to its current location and changed from a mixed animal practice to a small animal practice. Doc's favorite dog breed is the Labrador Retriever.

Scott J Keaffaber

DVM

Dr. Scott attended Purdue University and received his Bachelor of Science in Animal Science in 1991. In 1996, he went back to Purdue and received his Associate's Degree in Veterinary Technology. In 2004, he earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from St. George's University. 

Dr. Scott loves the challenge of the veterinary field. Whether it be animal-related or business-related, he is ready every day to accept the new challenge. Dr. Scott's favorite breed is the Labrador Retriever. 

Adrienne Hufferd

DVM

Dr. Adrienne Hufferd joined our team in spring 2025. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Iowa State University in 2022 and has several years of experience caring for both large and small animals.

Adrienne grew up helping her dad with animals and has always had a passion for strengthening the bond between pets and their families. At home, she enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Murphie, her Maltese, Benjie, and her tabby cat, Emmie. She especially loves working with golden retrievers, Maltese, and tabby cats.

Adrienne is dedicated to advocating for animals and providing compassionate care to every patient she meets.

Peyton K.

Business Manager

Peyton started working with us in the Summer of 2019. He started out in our kennel while he was attending college. Peyton graduated from IU East in December of 2020 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration.

Peyton grew up at CVC with his dad and grandfather and has always been very interested in the business side of the family business.

Megan R. 

Registered Veterinary Technician 

Megan is a Registered Veterinary Technician. She attended the International Business College of Indianapolis and obtained her degree in 2009!

Megan grew up on a farm. She has always been passionate about caring for animals. She loves to learn new things every day!

Megan joined CVC in August of 2020 and has been a wonderful asset to our team!

Courtney R. 

Veterinary Assistant 

Courtney has worked at CVC since 2017. She splits her time between us and Noah's in Indianapolis. Courtney's favorite breeds are Saint Bernards and Newfoundlands. 

Courtney wanted to work in the veterinary field because of her childhood kitten's passing. Courtney has been in the veterinary field since 2001. 

Brittany P. 

Veterinary Assistant

Brittany has been a part of our staff since 2021. She started as a receptionist and worked her way to become a Veterinary Assistant. 

Brittany has wanted to work with animals since she was a child. Brittany's favorite breeds are American Staffordshire Terriers and Great Pyrenees. 

Ashlyn B. 

Veterinary Assistant 

Ashlyn started working at the clinic as a Veterinary Assistant in September of 2022. Ashlyn has always had a love for animals and has wanted to work with them. 

Her favorite breeds are German Shepherds and Pitbulls. She also loves all mutts!

Jessica C.

Veterinary Technician

Jessica C. joined our staff in May as a Veterinary Technician. She graduated from the International Business College in 2011. Jessica has worked at multiple other clinics before coming to work with us. 

She has always loved animals and at first wanted to be a veterinarian, but she loved that she could still work with animals by being a technician. Jessica's favorite breed is the Australian Shepherd. 

Tiffiney L. 

Head Customer Service Representative

Tiffiney has been at CVC at 2008! Tiffiney has always enjoyed helping people and animals, and her job combines both of those aspects. She loves that she learns something new every day. Tiffiney's favorite breed is a pitbull, and she loves any rescue!

Corinne S. 

Customer Service Representative

Corinne joined our staff in November of 2022 as a Customer Service Representative. Corinne has always wanted to work somewhere surrounded by animals! Corinne's favorite dog breed is the American Bulldog.

Vicki H.

Kennel Assistant

Vicki started working in May of 2023 as a Kennel Assistant. Vicki always wanted to be a Veterinarian, but she did not follow that dream. When she saw the kennel job was available, she knew she would love it! 

Vicki loves all fur-babies, especially the ones that tend to get overlooked! She truly has a passion and love for all animals!

Morgan K. 

Veterinary Assistant/Kennel Assistant

Morgan has grown up around the clinic, but in June 2022, she started working as a Kennel Assistant. Morgan holds many positions in the clinic, including Veterinary Assistant and Social Media Manager. Morgan is currently studying Biology at Indiana University East.

Morgan's favorite dog breeds are Labrador Retrievers, Golden Retrievers, and Great Danes. 

Paige W. 

Veterinary Technician

Paige joined our team in January 2025 after graduating from the Vet Tech Institute of Indianapolis with an Associate of Applied Science in Veterinary Medicine. She previously worked at Oxford Veterinary Hospital, where she enjoyed helping with internal medicine patients and learning about specialty dentistry.

Paige grew up surrounded by cows, pigs, chickens, dogs, cats, and reptiles, which sparked her lifelong passion for animal care. At home, she has two dogs that keep her busy. Paige’s favorite animals to work with are cattle, dogs, and cats. She loves knowing that she makes a difference in a patient’s life every day.

Dakota K.

Veterinary Assistant

Dakota joined our team in May 2024 and brings a lifelong passion for animal care. She graduated from Connersville High School and is currently pursuing her veterinary technician certification through Penn Foster, while also completing on-the-job training at our clinic. Dakota has experience working with both large and small animals, and she especially enjoys working with heelers, basset hounds, shepherds, and dobermans. She finds the most rewarding part of veterinary medicine is making a difference in animals’ lives and helping owners care for their best friends.
